Changes or Returns

If you wish to change the product you have purchased, you can do so within 15 days from the day that you received your order.

Returns will be accepted after the necessary inspection. Items must,
however, be in a resalable condition, just like you received it, and
with their tags and barcodes on. All products should be returned with
the sales receipt inside the box.

In case you have purchased a faulty or damaged product please contact Dias bags immediately

Products returned with damaged or without warranty seal, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Dias bags reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and to return them to sender.

Dias bags does not cover the cost of returning and shipping of items.

The only exception is if you received an incorrect or defective product.

Warranty

All Dias bags products are covered by a 6 month warranty starting the day of the delivery.

In order to ensure long life to your product, we are glad to offer a
post warranty repair service and to provide replacement spare parts for
your items.

In case there are any problems the customer should contact Dias bags and provide pictures of the problem to: [email protected]

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not
cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal
breakdown of colors and materials.

Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by
this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the
airline.

Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully
correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer
monitor used.
