Changes or Returns

Your sole obligation is to return the product in its original packaging (unusable). In any case of returning a product, you bear the shipping costs. In addition, we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage during the transportation of the product.

Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. The refund is made as soon as the product is delivered to our offices.

Warranty

All Dias bags products are covered by a 6 month warranty starting the day of the delivery.

In order to ensure long life to your product, we are glad to offer a post warranty repair service and to provide replacement spare parts for your items.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, or the normal breakdown of colors and materials.

Luggage damage incurred during airline handling is not covered by this warranty, and claims in such cases should be made directly with the airline.

Images and colors of the products displayed on the site may not fully correspond to real colors due to the kind of browser or computer monitor used.
